Tough Knuckles Automotive provides automotive repair, diagnostic, and electrical services. All work is performed at the discretion of our technicians based on the condition of the vehicle presented. Estimates are good-faith approximations and may change once additional diagnostics or disassembly reveal further issues. Customer authorization is required before performing any work beyond the original estimate.
Eligible alternator and starter rebuilds carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty, limited to the original installing customer and the same vehicle. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, modification, improper installation by a third party, or unrelated electrical failures. Towing, rental vehicles, and incidental or consequential damages are not covered.
Payment is due upon completion of services. Vehicles not picked up within 14 days of notification of completion may incur reasonable storage fees. Unclaimed vehicles may be subject to mechanic's lien procedures as permitted by Ohio law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tough Knuckles Automotive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost wages, or rental costs. Our total liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service at issue.
We take reasonable care of vehicles and personal property left on the premises but are not responsible for valuables, aftermarket equipment, or items left inside vehicles. Customers are encouraged to remove personal belongings before drop-off.
